The Institute for Military & Veteran Family Wellness
Housed within The University of Texas at Austin, the Institute serves as a home base where stakeholders work together to conduct needed research on issues facing the military and veteran community and develop programs and practices needed to improve supports for service members, veterans, and their family members. The Institute prioritizes ongoing research and evaluation efforts, supports graduate student training in research with military populations, and engages in program development and program implementation with community-based and government organizations serving military and veteran clients.
