Siboney Arny

Siboney Arny is the Program Coordinator for the REACH Study, where she manages operations and leads outreach to engage military spouses and community partners. Originally from Texas, Siboney has worked with several nonprofit organizations, including the American Red Cross and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD). Before becoming a military spouse, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from the University of Phoenix while working full-time and as a single mother. She was also selected as one of the original group leaders when the REACH Study was launched, helping to shape its peer support foundation.

Siboney is passionate about serving others and creating inclusive, supportive environments that empower the military community. She loves being a military spouse and embraces the lifestyle—acknowledging that while it can be a wild ride, it’s also an amazing adventure filled with purpose, connection, and growth.
